Can I return my purchase ?

We do not accept returns once the order is delivered or picked up. We encourage you to check your order upon delivery or pick up . If there is any issues, please let our delivery agent know. We will exchange or refund any damaged product or issues due a mistake in preparing your order

Do your products have expiration dates ?

All food products have best before or expiration dates. We thoroughly check the dates prior to delivering your order. We also encourage you to check your order as well as the dates upon delivery. Please do not accept delivery if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. We do not accept any returns once the order is accepted.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the payment options listed below
– Online payment through Paypal
– Wire payment (Please call us for our banking info)
– Cash on delivery
Your order will be processed once the payment is received.

I am not in Senegal, can I still place an order for a friend or family?

Yes, you can place an order and provide a delivery address and contact person in Dakar. If the order is to be picked up, you can provide us with the contact info of the person who is picking up the order by filling out the order notes section when checking out

I don’t want my order delivered, can I pick it up in store?

Yes, you can pick up in store if you choose to do so. Once we receive your order, it will be ready to pick up in store within two hours. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.

I’m having trouble placing an order online

We will be happy to walk you through the process. Please give us a call at 338247666 or instead of placing an order online, you can also fill out the FORMULAIRE DE COMMANDE.  Once order is placed, we will call you to confirm the estimated time of delivery

Is it safe to pay online for my order?

Our secure payment is managed entirely by the system PAYPAL. All information is encrypted and is entered directly on PAYPAL without passing through our site. You spot the transmission is encrypted and secure as soon as there in your browser the padlock symbol and the URL starts with “https” (the “s” indicating security) and not a http: //

What if a product I ordered becomes out of stock ?

We are constantly updating the website to let you know if certain products are temporary unavailable. However, if despite our efforts, some of your ordered products are out of stock, we are committed to promptly informing you of the situation by email and we will reimburse the missing product.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Dakar. We’re hoping to cover the rest of the regions in Senegal soon.

Why do I have to spend at least 5000f for my order to be delivered?

We choose not to charge you for handling fees (packing the order, processing payment, preparing invoices etc.). Due to the high cost of processing a single order, we have decided to set a minimum order. You can select multiple quantities of the same item or shop for other products to reach this minimum. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Why is the website in english?

Though we understand that the official language in Senegal is French, we believe that the website is more accessible and seamless in English for Senegalese customers all over the world as well as American citizens and the Expat Community in Senegal.
